Do you see a hidden twin?! Ultrasound pics

I found 2 heartbeats on my Doppler at home. 1 at 162 and 2 inches over at 164 (11 weeks now). Here are my early ultrasound pics below I believe one was at 6 weeks and the other around 7.5. Doc never said twins but I think it was maybe hiding?! What do you think?

The placenta and umbilical cord both have “heartbeats” as well.

How far are you now?  My midwife told me to not even get a home Doppler as it’ll cause me more stress than it’s worth.

At home dopplers aren’t recommended. You move most likely picked up your HR and baby’s. Also the placenta will be picked up sounds a bit like a HR but isn’t and by looking at the picture it look likes baby and placenta x
