Doctor or midwife? Or both? And why ?

Can someone please explain to me the benefits of having either a Dr /midwife , or both? Found out I was pregnant a couple days ago and today called the women’s clinic to establish care, they asked me do I want to see a Dr, midwife, or both or unsure, I said unsure for now since I have no idea . I asked my mom and she told me Google it. lol I googled it but I still don’t really understand can someone help me decide ?

It depends on what kind of birth you want honestly. If you want a medicalized birth, go with the OB. If you want your best shot at a physiological birth, go with the midwife. Midwives have more training in the physiology of birth, and OBs are more likely to jump in with interventions (oftentimes unnecessarily) because they are trained to diagnose and pathologize. 
Nothing wrong with either choice, but do educate yourself about which type of birth you prefer so you have the best chance of a great experience.

We only have midwives here in our maternity hospitals but I might get a private OB this time

Midwife because I like home birth and I like being seen at home for appts. I also love their knowledge on natural childbirth and they don’t mind my other kids at appts.
