Miscarriage at almost seven weeks should I take the miscarriage pills?

I’m supposed to be almost seven weeks 😢
That little grain at the top isn’t a fetal pole right? the midwife was trying to push miscarriage pills on me

why do they think you miscarried? it’s pretty common to not yet see a heart beat at 6-7 weeks. 
not to give false hope, but a friend of mine was told she was miscarrying her rainbow due to no heart beat, and bleeding. she scheduled a DNC, but something told her not to go! she ended up going for a second opinion.. her baby boy is due any day now!! had she not listened to her gut she would’ve aborted a perfectly healthy fetus. sometimes doctors make mistakes. ALWAYS get a second opinion.

I’d be getting a second opinion & some blood work first(a few HCG tests) before taking anything. Especially if you aren’t having any other signs of a miscarriage. Fertility / conception is tricky & even doctors can be wrong. Good luck to you! 🌸

I just had a miscarriage Tuesday and passed everything naturally after spotting for exactly a week. I’m so sorry you’re going through this, I wouldn’t wish it on anybody. Personally, I wouldn’t be able to take the meds because I’ve heard of providers getting it wrong, and I’ve also read that the pills intensify the whole experience to be really painful. I had a light labor with period-like uterine contractions every 3-5 minutes that lasted about 3 hours. I was able to sit through my son’s Jiu Jitsu class through the contractions and came home and passed the uterine contents when I tried to engage my bladder to pee. Do some research, outcome (risk of infection, retention of uterine contents, hemorrhage) is really no more risky regardless of natural, medicated, or surgical miscarriage. Haven’t they ordered HCG test? I would request them if they haven’t just to double check the values are decreasing. So sorry, it’s a brutal experience.

I had a missed miscarriage (blighted ovum) regardless I went in at what should’ve been 8w. No fetal pole, they had me come back a week later. Same thing. I took the pills then because my HCG was decreasing then and it probably would’ve happened on it’s on within a few weeks
