Penis won't fit in. What's wrong?

So I had my first time having sex and my bf's penis wouldn't go in. It hurt like hell trying and we ended up just getting the tip in we tried many times in the same night and in the morning the furthest we got it in was a quarter of his penis. I feel like my vagina is way too small for his penis but I know that technically it isn't true its like a mental block or smth. But since then I only want oral sex and no penetration bcs I get stressed just thinking of penetration. I had never put my fingers in before except once (a few hours before my first time and only one finger) and I retried recently to put a finger in and that went well but two fingers is painful and stressful. Is smth wrong with me? What should I do?

Could be subconscious stress, especially since this is all new.
Could be a need for more lube, especially if the condoms aren't lubed or you're not sufficiently wet prior to penetration. (Being dehydrated will affect how much squalene you will produce too)
Could be medical (vaginismus), which is perfectly normal even in established and mutually pleasing sexual relationships. You can talk to your gynecologist if you're really worried.
In the meantime, play with yourself. Seriously.
Find out what you like with no partner hovering. Exterior and interior exploration.
Acquire a clitoral vibrator or a slim insertable vibe if you wish.
It mostly boils down to something about the experience is causing you and your muscles to freeze and clamp down; you should absolutely give yourself the time to figure out what that could be without trying to rush to penetrative sex.

take it slow ! the first time i had sex it was painful i felt like he was too big for me. we tried for a bit but then decided to stop. we kept trying a couple of times until it became comfortable, i think for me i was just nervous so try to relax

You could get checked out at the obgyn. I learned when I gave birth that I have a naturally narrow pelvis. Like, I’ll never be able to have a baby “naturally.” I also can’t handle penises past a specific girth, so it might be worth checking out.
It could also just be first time pain, so try not to stress too much. You can always get checked out if you’re worried.

You have to relax your vaginal wall sweet heart. When you get nervous, it tightens because you are tensing up do to anxiety. Relax yourself down there. It will hurt the first time, but once it slides in things get better. Tell him to go slow with penetraction.

my fiancé couldn’t get his in as well when he took my virginity, work on foreplay a bit more and use fingers to try and get your vagina used to the penetration. can you get a tampon in? if none of that works, go to your doctor as it could be a sign of vaginismus

This was me exactly. My boyfriend (husband now) at the time tried sooo many times but it really does ruin the moment so we’d move onto something else
One night we finally got it and it was such a relief. Def relax the best you can, and use lube. He used a toy on me very slowly and kept working his way to get it in. Then it was easier after for him to enter. It worked for us. You never hear of these things happening but they do for some of us! You guys will get it. Just take your time, lube, relax the best you can. It won’t always be this way

Nothing is wrong with you at all trying lube is a very good idea    and maybe being very into it before starting can help as well    it's not supposed to hurt but can for some people
