Thinning of uterine lining

Hi ladies just wondered if anyone knows how much of clomid actually affects the uterine lining? Like my gp says one thing another nurse said another other people say something else

According to my gp 50mg of clomid barely makes a difference he also said clomid only starts having an affect on lining once you’ve been on it for a few cycles any advice
