Hello ladies I kindly need your help

Years ago when I was pregnant I had infection genital watts but they disappear when I was pregnant.

with my previous boyfriend that I dated a year ago I once had genital sores we broke up cuz of that cuz he thought I cheated but I didn't . so I got treated they disappear

So three days ago I noticed that I have this painful sore on my lips down there i can't even walk it hurts a lot

N we been having sex multiple times without protection with my new partner is it sti reoccurring again. What should I do. Cuz if I tell my boyfriend. He's gonna think i cheated I don't wanna lose him plz help
