I’m really embarrassed by this but I’m uncertain about what to do.

I just woke up and went to the bathroom, I sleep totally nude so my underwear has been unaffected by this but I didn’t make it to the toilet, I had absolutely no control over what happened but I had a huge pee like gush of water come out of me. I can’t tell if I peed myself, or if it’s amniotic fluid. I am full term pregnant. (39 weeks).

I put toilet paper down hoping it’d pick up some colour if it’s pee but I didn’t see any, and my sense of smell isn’t the best so I couldn’t tell the smell either. I’ve put on some dry underwear, mopped up my mess and am now lying down to see what happens but since I’m strep b positive I’ve got some anxiety going on.

How can you tell the difference?
