How often do you do anal?

My husband really loves anal. I do not but occasionally I try and do it for him. Sometimes it’s not so bad. We’ve done it maybe ten or more times in our ten year relationship. But now he wants to do it like once a month. Like he expects me to try (and succeed) in doing anal once a month. Before we had a baby, he said that I need to practice and play with toys in my free time so that it doesn’t hurt when we have anal sex. (I agree even though I don’t like to and didn’t have much me time). Now we have an 11 month old baby and he says the same thing. But now I really don’t have “free time”. I don’t even shower daily because I bathe in the bathtub with my baby every night. When am I supposed to find time to shove toys up my butt? Lol and since the answer is “there is no time”, how am I supposed to prepare myself for anal with my husband every month? How often do you do anal and does more frequent anal sex get.. easier?
