Is this normal?

I know this is TMI, but usually I've been constipated through the weeks. I'm 9 weeks and 4 days, I had diarrhea yesterday. I'm just asking if it's normal for you to go from constipation to diarrhea in pregnancy?

I’ve been in the same boat at 9w+1d constipated for a few days then diarrhea for a few days lol it’s on my nerves but completely normal mama 🤷🏽‍♀️
