which postpartum kit is better?

I had an appointment at the hospital im supposed to give birth and asked the doctor if i would be getting any postpartum supplies for when i leave the hospital and she seemed confused and said she didn’t know🤦🏽‍♀️
so decided to invest in a postpartum kit but which one is better ??  or any other suggestions

Every labor and delivery provides with mesh underwear, pads, dermaplast spray and a water bottle. Honestly I had so much left over from my hospital stay I would have wasted money buying a kit and every woman I know has plenty of supplies provided by the hospital. Anything in your room you take home with you. Supplies for you and baby. Anything you don't take gets thrown away because they can't give it to other patients after it's been in your room or packs have been open.

Call the hospital L&D that you'll be delivering at and ask. Hospitals provide these things. I will say that I always made sure to go home with extra mesh underwear and the cooling packs. I lived on cooling packs for weeks with my oldest due to extensive damage.

Honestly you not gonna need those cuz hospital will supply for you. I still have extra pad and hospital stuff after delivery. The only thing I brought as extra is Tuck and pains spray. If you want to get comfy pads ( would recommend Always Discreet Postpartum pad). Don't waste too much money for things you not need.

I really wouldn’t bother with those kits. I spent the money on that and ended up not having a vaginal birth so it was a waste of money. If you find you need those items you can always have someone run to CVS for you or do a target pick up order. Unless you are outside of the US the hospital will give you a lot of stuff
