Hello everyone. 24 Wks and 3 days with twin boys. I have not been feeling like myself lately. extra tired, uncomfortable and nauseous. Can't eat like I use to I get sick. my backs killing me. I can't stand up for to long. .mommies help me out. should I tell my doctor?
