Cheating behavior ???

My husband has been acting so so so weird lately

Earlier he spent 25 mins picking out what shirt will look good for his new flannel that he bought he never wears flannels

Then freaked out oddly cos he couldn’t get the washer to wash a shirt he literally pulled from the dresser

Earlier he asked me to give him a hand job and then we had sex twice and in our 17 years that’s odd we usually have sex 4 times a month

I did notice his viagra pills decreasing like the one day I saw 6 in the bottle the next time we went to have sex there was 1

We had 5 condoms left when we went to have sex there was 1 left

He tells me he’s feeling down

Idk maybe it’s not

Is this cheating behavior????
