Can you hide a child?

sooo I got involved with this guy.. comes to find out he has a girlfriend and 3 kids. i’m honestly shocked and my feelings for him really just shot down instantly😒 he told me this only because yup i’m pregnant.. no clue about this family that he has. I don’t understand men!! i’m 14 weeks pregnant and he basically doesn’t want to tell her and honestly I don’t either but I know it’s not the right thing to do.. I don’t want to be in the middle of all of this bc I was unaware 😩 he didn’t show signs of having any gf his phone is never ringing or getting messages when he’s with me, he spends time with me. i’m just at a lost. but basically he wants to hide the baby.. he said he’d help take care of the baby but he’d barely be around. like he’d be around but not as much as he should which I completely do not like.. my baby deserves a dad that was his own fault and he got himself into this shit why should my baby have to suffer? do you think this is something that could be hidden or would this eventually come to light? he’s obviously very good at hiding shit 🙄 i’m going celibate after this I can’t! what should I do?
