Vit D is very important too, but a preg multi should have that. Folate is a must!!

I'd suggest you talk to a dr. My dr did some tests and I now take vit's for the areas I need. I take iron, magnesium (mostly due to being so deficient I got heart palpitations), vit D, B complex, folate, and calcium. So these compliment my existing diet and add in areas where I need it. Vitamin deficiency can cause issues with a developing baby so it's very important to take the right things.
