Is this part of my mucus plug? 37 3 days. Been cramping all night and having tightening and have Loose stools now… dunno if labour is approaching.

Yup, could grow back also. It’s just a sign things are moving along but you could be weeks away still 🤷‍♀️ …I lost mine last week and continue to lose small globs. Yesterday had a little bloody show. 37 +3 here

Yes it is, but as long as it has no blood yet it doesn’t mean much as your body can rebuild it again.
You need to monitor your contractions very closely.
