She’s here! Due on October 12th but arrived on October 6th, same day as her great grandma 😊 went to the hospital due to pain and not enough baby movements and ended up testing positive for COVID. While waiting for results they monitored both our heart rates. Baby girls heart rate was dropping with every contraction so we had to stay overnight. When they noticed her heart rate continued to keep dropping they decided they would induce me. As time went on while preparing for an induction, her heart rate kept getting worse so they then decided that an induction might be too much for baby girl to handle and instead decided on an emergency c-section. Although it was a very scary and overwhelming birth, we’re beyond happy she’s here and doing great!
