2 year old constantly getting sick

So my girl is not in daycare or school. We don’t really go anywhere at all. And she constantly has pimples around her mouth and nose. This has been happening for 3 months now. We keep going to the pediatrician but no real answers. Is this normal for this age?? She never feels great and always has these little viral pimples going on. I just feel nervous that she’s constant having a virus or something and never healing
