Some baby girls get a period - my doctor warned me of this before I left the hospital. She called it a “mini period” and it’s harmless. It could be that mixed with poop. However, since it’s hard to tell I would take her in or at least send the picture to the doctor. I definitely see a little blood mixed in with what normal poop looks like

That just looks like normal breasted baby poop my daughters has looked like that since birth and it’s normal. There’s no blood there

Also I have recently started pumping to try and not have to use formula or as much. So this poop today was after only breast milk- since last night. I also had cereal with milk and a cheese quesadilla today so I’m wondering if it could be a dairy thing?
