What’s an organism and how do you know when you had one?

I’ve always touched myself cause it feels good but I’ve no clue what an organism is or how to get one same with cumming like how do people know when they are gonna cum?

Cuming is just a different word for having an orgasm. For a man this is typically accompanied by an ejaculation. Some women have fluid coming out, pee or a small amount of a thicker fluid, but many do not have anything coming out.

Let us start with what is an orgasm: An orgasm is the release of the tension, energy and stress that built up in your muscles, your body and your mind when you got sexually stimulated. That is the definition of an orgasm - it is the release of sexual tension. Not the release of any fluids or moaning.

While getting close to orgasm, your body may shake, contract or spasm. This is normal and due to the stress building up in your muscles and all the electrical signals running through your nerves. Your body and brain is just trying to deal with all that energy you are holding on to. This may also happen during your orgasm as your body releases all the tension and energy.

Not all orgasms are the same. Some are just light tremors; some are massive earthquakes. It depends on how aroused you are, how much time you spend, what phase of your monthly cycle you are in, and how you are feeling.

Some women can just continue stimulation after an orgasm, to experience multiple orgasms in a row. Some women get very sensitive after an orgasm, and cannot continue the stimulation because of the intense feeling they get. It can be used alone or with a partner. It is a form of orgasm denial where you reach a high level of sexual stimulation, but do not allow yourself to orgasm (or “go over the edge”). Edging is also known as “surfing” or “peaking”. It is a form of orgasm denial.

Stimulate yourself until you get close to your orgasm, then stop for 30 seconds or longer. Open your eyes, breathe, maybe move the stimulation somewhere else for that period of time, your thighs, your behind, your breasts or nipples. The start again.

Then there is squirting or gushing from our bladders. Urine forms at a rapid rate in our bladders when we get stimulated because of the rapid increase in blood flow and blood oxygen to the pelvis and organs. Releasing these large quantities of fluid is called squirting/gushing, even though it is actually almost 100% diluted pee. If you let it dry, you can smell that dry urine smell..

A little bit about your anatomy, just to make sure you understand how everything works. Your clitoris is your main pleasure organ. Thanks to modern scientific methods we now know there is physical organ or structure that can be identified as the G-Spot. 

Your vagina is mainly for making and delivering babies. It is a birth canal, and outlet for menstrual flow and a safe place for a partner to leave his sperm to get you pregnant. It is largely numb and without feeling inside to protect you from trauma during sex, menstruation, infections and childbirth.

You have to rub over, around or on your clitoris when you masturbate. You can also press, squeeze, tap or vibrate your clitoris. The idea is to do what feels good for you and explore from there to make it feel better and better until you orgasm. Even during sex with a partner, most women also need extra clitoral stimulation to orgasm. When you start, your clitoris may be very sensitive and only light or indirect stimulation may be tolerable. As you get closer to orgasm, you may develop a “hunger” for harder and more direct touch. You can also vary the speed that you rub. There must a thousand different ways you can touch yourself. You just need to find what works for you.
