Cuming is just a different word for having an orgasm. For a man this is typically accompanied by an ejaculation. Some women have fluid coming out, pee or a small amount of a thicker fluid, but many do not have anything coming out.

Let us start with what is an orgasm: An orgasm is the release of the tension, energy and stress that built up in your muscles, your body and your mind when you got sexually stimulated. It is largely numb and without feeling inside to protect you from trauma during sex, menstruation, infections and childbirth.

You have to rub over, around or on your clitoris when you masturbate. You can also press, squeeze, tap or vibrate your clitoris. The idea is to do what feels good for you and explore from there to make it feel better and better until you orgasm.
