Since Friday I have been having urine like discharge come out of me for no reason at all by the end of the first day it turned pink.  I thought my period was going to start, but it hasn’t. This gushes out of me and soaks front to back. I’m 37 and I’ve never had this before. It literally feels like I am peeing my pants and I am terrified that it is cancer.  I’ve been using toilet paper because I am out of pads.  I posted a picture so you can see what it looks like sometimes it is more diluted and more of a clear fluid with a tinge of pink.  I should also note that there is no odor or any other symptoms. Any idea of what this is to be?
