Trying to conceive

I got pregnant with my 2nd in august 2021 and miscarried on September 10, 2021 and ever since then I have it in the back of my head that it will happen again. We have been trying on and off now for a little over a year! Any ideas on what I need to do! Do I need to go to the doctor or just give it more time.
