My Dr is refusing to check me for preeclampsia just because I don't have high blood pressure....

I've had headaches but not recently...

Lightheadedness

Dizziness

Swollen feet hands and now face

Blurred vision

Spotting in my vision

Nauseous

I went to the ER by ems yesterday from my dr appointment my Dr ordered labs and an EKG and there is nothing abnormal with any of it...and he don't seem concerned about it at all...

I know my body and when something isn't right ...this is my 2nd pregnancy and I have gb on top of this all but I didn't have any of these problems with my 1st pregnancy...what could this be ...????
