I’m dumb and need fashion help

I got a pack of fake nails to wear this weekend on a girls trip. I never wear fake nails or even paint mine because I’m a nurse and we’re not supposed to, but I wanted to go all out this weekend. There are four designs in this set: a spider, a spider web, glitter, and black. How am I supposed to arrange these four designs on my ten fingers? 😂 The last time I had my nails done the trend was to have them all the same except some sparkle on each of the fourth fingers. This is the set I bought.
