Brown/Pinkish spotting first trimester which turned ok?

How many of you had brown/pinkish spotting in their first trimester but turned out to be okay?

I’ve had it go both ways. I’ve had spotting/bleeding in all 4 pregnancies in first and second trimester. Two ended in early miscarriages, one was healthy full term, and currently 34w with another (healthy pregnancy, no complications so far).

Light spotting is normal in the first trimester as well as mild cramping. The brown is old blood/spotting so that’s normal as well. I’d you start bleeding bright red like a period and if you have clots, contact your OB to get checked out
