Hip pain at 24
My hip for a few weeks now has been killing me whenever I get up from sitting and start walking
Once I have moved around a bit, it doesn’t hurt anymore to walk.. but if I go to sit down in a seat that requires me to lift my leg such as a bar stool in the kitchen, then it hurts really bad
I haven’t done anything strenuous either which is why I’m so confused
I have been going on walks between 30-60 minutes a day but I feel great doing them!! It isn’t until I come home and I sit for a bit that it hurts like hell to move
I can’t imagine I strained or tore something just from a WALK?!! I live in Illinois so the there’s hardly any hills or anything that makes the walks hard… it’s literally all flat
Is there something I can do to make my hip feel better? 😫
