Stretch and sweep
I'm 40+1 and just had my first stretch and sweep, was very uncomfortable but not painful.
Disappointed to learn my cervic was completely closed and 0cms dilated, she's very cosy in there. Being added to induction list on Wednesday next week.
I really want to avoid being induced, any tips??
