Can you stay pregnant but the line never get super dark?

So I personally know a girl who’s pregnancy tests never showed more than a faint line her entire pregnancy, like she’s a very good friend, she stayed pregnant and had her baby and the test never got dark. Anyway for the past month I get faint but very very clearly pink lines, like the line is so clearly there but it doesn’t get darker. I have 3 children already, I know when I’m pregnant and every pregnancy around 5-6 weeks I get a coldsore and low and behold my coldsore just popped up. I’m on the implanon, I have been for about a month now and haven’t bled since I got it…this is driving me mental, yes the faint line shows on other tests other than first response also but I’ll attach the one I just took 2 MINUTES AGO…surely this has happened to someone at some point before. I don’t even particularly want a baby, I will happily have a baby if this is the case but the actual not even knowing is sending me insane.
