Low Amh and high FSH
I am 32 and TTC for couple of months. I got blood work done and it came out as following
# Amh 1.32 mIU/mL
# FSH 10.2 mIU/mL
# LH 4.9 mIU/mL
# Prolactin 14.45 ng/mL
# Estradiol (E2) 27.63 pg/mL
Out of these Amh and FSH are cause of concern. I also got a Trans vaginal ultrasound (TVS) and it mentioned adequate ovarian reserve .
Should i start infertility treatments or try for another year?
