I started taking metformin (again) yesterday morning @ 10am (500mg ER version). I took this briefly back in September 2021-October 2021, unfortunately I stopped when I started getting really sick at 1500 mg dosage and ended up pregnant that same month, sadly I miscarried😔.

I plan titrate up to 1000mg and stop there as that’s a comfort level with minimal stomach problems for me. My concern is I don’t quite remember having nausea so soon after starting last year… The difference between last year and this year is that i am also taking junel bc pills too, could that be the reason for such sudden digestive issues? I also noticed my appetite dropped significantly yesterday at about 4pm.
