Ectopic pregnancy symptoms at 9DPO?

Hi all,
I had implantation cramps at 6DPO (I remember them from my first pregnancy) and now, three days later, I have one-sided sharp pain (about a 3 on a 10-point scale) in the lower abdomen. Could that be an indication of an ectopic pregnancy or am I just being overly sensitive?

For ecotopic, sharp pain in abdomen, diarrhea, pain going to shoulder and spotting were the symptoms I had. 
I had -ve pregnancy test till 7 weeks+ ... 
Please go and see doctor as they can only give methoxrate till 6 weeks... At layer stages, you have to go with laproacoy or fulll surgery .. 
I had to go open surgery as it bursted inside

Have you gotten a positive pregnancy test yet? If you implanted 6DPO and it’s 3 days later it should show up. I wouldn’t stress until you know it is. Good luck
