Does anyone else have nausea that came on strong and has now subsided. But comes and goes ? (I know a little odd lol)

I'm 6+4 weeks and I started feeling sick at 5+6. 6 weeks - 6+1 weeks. I was SO sick. I threw up multiple times. Couldn't get out of bed. Etc. but it has no subsided to just nausea here and there. So I was basically sick for like 3 days and now I feel sometimes normal. Sometimes sick.

Has this happened to anyone else and everything was fine?
