Swollen labia?

Hi,

I’m recently almost 3 weeks postpartum, from a vaginal delivery was induced at 10:30pm and delivery took 2 hours from 6am to 8:15am… it took a while for me dislate as I was on the epidural same time as the pitocin.. didn’t really feel much at all. The baby’s head was turned so it took time adjusting to be in the position to come out properly. Overall didn’t feel much because of the epidural, the doctor says I had only labia small tearing no stitches or anything… bleeding already stopped 2 1/2 weeks postpartum. The problem is I noticed that my right labia of my vagina is swollen and hard to the touch not my other side. The doctor told me it was swollen I had asked if it’s maybe yeast? He said no because there’s no discharge at all… and I’m not itchy, so I’m thinking could it be BV? Or is this normal because of the tearing I had on the labia, I just didn’t feel like it was swollen like that last week… honestly never really checked since I assumed I’m suppose to be tender down there? But it’s hard on the right side. What could it be?

Also, I have a uti which I just found out due to the catheter being in there for so long. They prescribed me macrobid and I’m just about to take the antibiotic now… mind you I’ve had a uti since 2 weeks…
