Formula feeding

I feel like there is something wrong with my baby :( we have been through so many formulas and she is struggling so much. She barely eats the minimum 16oz a day and is not gaining weight like she should. She also has a bad tongue tie. she sleeps for 5+ hours at a time overnight and i try to wake her up to eat but a lot of the time she wont take the bottle or will only drink an ounce or so. She is 5 weeks old and the ped just switched her to nutramigen formula 3 or 4 days ago. She is doing a trial run for a week. She has a tongue tie revision the 24th of october, im hoping that itll get better after that and she will start eating more. I think she is also having reflux issues too cause she gulps and swallows a lot, and screams til she is purple...she also spits up clear fluid hours after eating and has bad breath and burps...and gags randomly, makes faces like she tastes something bad.. help. I have never formula fed before and this is so hard. I just want her to feel better... it is breaking my heart watching her struggle like this 💔
