Safe medicines, safe teas?

Hello all,
What medicines are safe to take at 7-8 weeks pregnant? 
And what teas are safe to drink whenever?
This is my first baby so I’m trying to be cautious with what I take, thank you all 😊

Answer

It's generally accepted that no teas should be had in your first trimester. Caffeine is up to you, in the second trimester you can start with nettle leaf or some ginger/chamomile, and late second trimester/third trimester you can start red raspberry leaf if you want. (All this is a basic guideline and should be talked about with your doctor)
