Iud moving?

So I have had my iud for about 2 years now and my constant sex partner had told me in the past he has felt my iud numerous times! Well the other day we was doing the do and he say “are u still on birth control” I froze and was like Um yes !! Why?? He said “bc I can’t feel it” 😳😳 Do u think my iud moved!!?
