Rashes that are local to folds or joints, can be eczema, heat rash or a yeast rash. Try some diaper cream on it . If it’s a yeast rash the zinc oxide will help soothe . If it’s eczema using something like aquaphor will sell in moisture. Heat rash just keep baby cool. Avoid hot baths, keep bathing to 5 min, grease baby up immediately after bathing and only bathe every other day at most. Only use water or dove soap to wash.  My son has had every skin ailment , I lived at the dermatologist office for the first year. This is what they would tell me.
