Poor sleeper all of a sudden
So my girl has slept her nights since 4 months old. She just turned 1 last week and for the last month she wakes up at least once at night and I have to feed her for her to go back to sleep. Are there any tips to get her to sleep the night again? I don’t know what else to do 😭 she’s also on homo milk now so I can’t give a formula bottle in the night anymore
