Baby not taking milk until distracted

So first of all- pls do not judge!

So my baby (now 11 months ) hasn’t been great with taking milk since birth. She has reflux issues and was on medication till 7 months then when we started solids , the doc suggested to cut off the medication and so we did. Her reflux is definitely better than before but she still does have spit ups every now and then or like

Once a day. Because of her reflux we don’t feed her big amounts of milk at once and only do 150ml at a time max. So she has 6 feeds . 3 of them at sleep and she’s fine and takes it happily. The feeds when she’s up especially the first feed after morning wake up is worst so we have to show her ms Rachel and then she takes it happily otherwise she doesn’t drink and starts crying.

How much does your 11 month drink with 3 average solid feeds ?

Has anyone had this issue ?
