Tooth extraction, what foods for toddler?
My 3 year old will be having his teeth removed, probably all 4, because nothing seems to make them better or at least stop the damage.
Tried to get a second opinion because if you don't take a close look, you can't know he has some cavities. But he developed boils on his gum and apparently it might damage the permanent teeth if we wait.
He doesn't eat sweets. Never tasted chocolate or candy. Cavities showed up just a month after his teeth came in when he was only 7 months. Apparently it was my breast milk and his being genetically predisposed to weaker teeth and his love for apples that got us here. We tried everything to stop them but now at 3 years, it is time to throw in the towel.
Now I wonder what kind of foods I should store up for him after the extraction that will be easy for him at least until he is out of pain. Picky eater here. He only eats apples, bananas, chicken, pizza, fries, Irish, bread, eggs, pancakes, milk & porridge That's it.
