Vegetarian recipes no meat, onion or garlic
I'm 28 weeks pregnant and since the start have struggled SO much with crazy food aversions. Onion, garlic and meat/fish are the main ones. I'm needing some recipe recommendations that are vegetarian and without onion/garlic or other similar strong flavours. I'm so restricted actual desperate at this point so any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Oh and meat substitutes seem to be a no go for me as well🥴
