Baby blues? PPD?

Hi Mamas!! I just had my baby girl October 17th and we are over the moon happy! Lately though I feel so sad all of a sudden and can’t help but cry and cry and cry!! 🥺 anyone else experiencing this?

Completely normal mommas! My first week I was a wreck but 20 days later and I’m doing so much better 😅 just keep an eye if it continues past the baby blues phase and reach out if you ever need the help 💕

This can be totally normal! Look up the difference of symptoms of baby blues and ppd to make sure you don't have symptoms of PPD but otherwise it sounds like the baby blues and will pass soon!

Give it two weeks. 
If you end up having dark thoughts or feel out of control, seek help immediately.
Otherwise, wait two weeks for the hormones to settle. If your feelings continue after two weeks or so, talk to your doctor.
