What was her birth weight? Is she being fed formula or breastmilk? That does seem kinda low but as long as baby is meeting the wet and poop diaper goals and gaining weight, she is getting enough.
Is my baby eating enough?
So my baby is a little over 2 months now she’ll be 3 months in a week and she has been pretty good in all areas of being a baby lol but I’m a first time mom so I’m new to all this, constantly thinking is she doing ok is she not…
Some days she’ll eat 4oz every 3-4 hours, some days she’ll eat 2oz every 3-4 hours, some days she’ll eat 2 oz every 1.5 hours - 2.5 hours, some days 1oz every 1-2 hours , it just all depends on her and the day .
she’s now a little over 9 pounds and it just worries me that she’s not eating AS much as most of these baby feeding charts say.
the most in a day of she’s eaten so far has been 21oz in 24 hours and the least has been 10 oz
Doctor says she’s on the right path of growing but it still just worries me if she is actually eating enough.
Any tips or suggestions?
