Starting homo milk

Question if my daughter is ready for homo milk or if she can tolerate it. She turned one a week ago and I started her on homo milk 4 days ago. I’m still doing about half formula and half homo bottles … she’s pooping about 5 x a day since starting it (usually only did 1/day) and they seem acidic which is giving her a pretty bad diaper rash. Is this normal when starting homo milk?
