I woke up with pain and tenderness around my groin area. I take a picture and see that there’s an area that’s irritated in the crevice between my thigh and groin. Using hydrocortisone on it right now but it really hurts. It stings. No idea what caused this overnight? I didn’t wear underwear to bed or anything else that’s constricting. Maybe there’s an ingrown hair that’s irritating the entire area?
