C-section postpartum FTM

I am 6 weeks a 1 day PP today and exclusively breastfeeding mama. I stopped bleeding heavily at week 2 and started to spot on and off up to week 4. But on week 5 I started spotting between light pink & brownish mixed with clear mucus and sometime it was dark red but only needed a panty liner. Then yesterday I started bleeding and even had to put a pad on it’s not a lot of blood but I’ve had the same pad on since yesterday evening and I’m not cramping. I still do have pain around my scar. Im not sure if it a period or if it’s still PP bleeding still.
