Second Opinions on equate test

I just over a stomach bug a few days ago but I’ve still been feeling nauseous so just to make sure I took a test yesterday and it came out negative no line what so ever. I took one again this morning just for shits and giggles anddddd I saw this. My stomach immediately dropped but I’m not too sure what this even means. In person it’s like the whole outline of the line but the left part of the line is definitely visible. It’s all blue (hard to see on camera) it’s not grey. I have a 15 month old son and me and my husband are not careful what so ever since I haven’t had a cycle since I was pregnant with my son in 2020. Anyways, does anyone know what this means?
