pregnant??

so ab a month ago i had missed my combo pill by ab 12 hours, a couple days after that i had unprotected sex he did pull out. Lately i’ve been having some lower stomach bloating and i’m just anxious. I have continued taking my pills same time each day and have not missed one since by more than 4 hours. Could be constipation since the last couple of days i’ve just been pooping a small amount at a time. Could also be bc i had rough sex 3 days ago. I just get paranoid easily totally my fault for doing it without protection but just need some input
