Pregnant or hormones?

Af was 2 days late last cycle. I had no signs of af. First day af looked grainy(coffee grounds) the following day I was bleeding but not heavy. I wasn’t passing clots but I was passing uterine tissue. I’ve been taking prenatals for 2-3 months and this month my nips aren’t painful but look super dark compared to normal and they stick out more. Super veiny. Just different lol could it be the hormones or should I test? I’ve really had little to no cramping and it’s dull.
