Implantation bleeding?

i started having brown discharge on the 21st, lasted until yesterday the 23rd, until me and my boyfriend had sex yesterday we noticed there was blood all over us. It started off as brown discharge to very dark red and then when we were both done it was red and it was all over him. I woke up this morning to go to the bathroom and I saw a little bit of blood coming down with my pee. I did take a plan b on the 12th and my periods have been all over the place prior to the plan b i’ve took in the past. What could this mean? I’m really praying i can’t be pregnant, i am in no way shape or form ready for a child😓
